Balancing; Your Core, Centre and Life, or Trying To.


Balance can be as simple as working with some mental exercises. Utilizing both cerebral and physical applications, allows opportunities for better resilience and mental health. Puzzles, and fun options for you, friends and family.


The core! Work that core!


You hear it yelled at you in a group fitness class. Your trainer has given you a hellalot of exercises aimed at this area, but, why?


Balance training and a strong core will give you more than just that six-pack you are buffin' up for summer. Our core muscles were enhanced through evolution to help us, stand up.


It seems like a small gesture, but the biggest muscles in the body, both front and back (thank you glutes) have worked together to both keep us standing, and make sure we have balance while we do.


Core = Balance.


This goes beyond the physical and translates into our subconscious, our everyday and beyond.


Our calm core, stance and demeanor, that others feel when they are around us all come to, energetically project calm to the people around us. When we are balanced and centred, our emission of control permeates out and draws in others who recognize this feeling of calm or at least try to.


This also pushes out the distracted and scattered thoughts, demonstrates how calm can look, and feel. Wrangling those distracting thoughts in to cue, like ducks in a row.


Test this by taking on a bit of a calmness challenge. Take time in the morning for a few days to really centre, breath and calm, meditate the calm in. Then make your way into your day. See who you attract, who smiles at you, and how your presence and demeanor change.


A calm and passive response can be much more powerful than matching energies with others who are overheated and triggered.
